If you know of anyone who meets the North Dakota Eligibility Workers Association (NDEWA) Eligibility Worker of the Year criteria and you would like to nominate, please complete the Eligibility Worker of the Year nomination form.

NDEWA Eligibility Worker of the Year criteria is:
- Current and active NDEWA member
- Exceed eligibility criteria by going the extra step
- Does outstanding work

 If you would like your nominee considered for Eligibility Worker of the Year, please complete the nomination form on the website and mail it to Kidder County Social Services, Attn:  Julie Ell, PO Box 36, Steele, ND 58482.

Region Redesignation

Interested in having your membership designated to a different NDEWA region?  The State NDEWA Board has composed a form to be used to make this request.

Sunshine Recognition

In an effort to promote appreciation and support for all of North Dakota’s Human Service Workers who deal with Economic Assistance Programs, the Sunshine Recognition Program has been developed. To refer someone for recognition, complete the form below and submit it to a current NEW Board member. Recognition will be customized for the individual and can be for any purpose related to supporting that individual. The person making the request must be a current NEW member. The intended recipient can be any individual who works with Economic Assistance Programs and does not need to be a member of NEW. (Requests can be made for: eligibility workers, supervisors, QC reviewers, receptionists, etc.)

Examples of recognition purposes include but are not limited to: achievement, promotion, retirement, excellent attitude, outstanding accuracy rate, excellent client access, etc. Situations when a “get well” or “thinking of you” are in order may be referred as well.

The Sunshine Recognition Committee will review the request and determine what type of recognition is appropriate. The individual making the request may be consulted if more information is needed.
